Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes, all our products are 100% genuine. We source directly from authorised brands and trusted distributors.
2. How long does delivery take?
- UK: 2-5 business days (standard) or 1-2 business days (express).
- International: 5-15 business days, depending on destination and customs. Times are estimates and may vary.
3. What happens after I place an order?
Once your order is received, we first check our current inventory. If the item is in stock, we pack and dispatch it quickly. If not immediately available, we source it directly from our trusted suppliers to ensure authenticity and quality, then ship it to you. This may add a small delay, but we’ll keep you updated via email.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes – you’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
5. What is your return policy?
You can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (subject to hygiene rules for fragrances). Full details are on our Return & Exchange page.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
7. Do you offer gift wrapping or samples?
Gift wrapping is available at checkout for an extra fee. Complimentary samples may be included with select orders (subject to availability), and sample sets can be purchased separately.
