We want you to love your purchase from ScentDudes.co.uk. If you’re not completely satisfied, our Return & Exchange Policy makes it easy to return or exchange eligible items, subject to the terms below.

1. Return Period

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all seals intact.

2. Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for full-priced and discounted items, subject to condition checks.
  • Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrances unless faulty.
  • Gift cards and certain promotional items are non-returnable.

3. How to Return

  • Contact info@scentdudes.co.uk with your order number to request a return.
  • We’ll provide a return shipping label (UK customers only). International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
  • Pack the item securely and include the original order confirmation or packing slip.
  • Drop off the package at a designated courier location.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds include VAT (where applicable) but exclude any customs duties for international orders.

5. Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.

7. Consumer Rights

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to return faulty goods or goods not as described.
